To keep our forests and reduce footprint, SHAMBHALA has been built by rehabilitating timber.
The beams and other armatures of architecture come from old centenary houses in the northern part of Thailand.
Wood formwork has been privileges against massive wood.
The other woods necessary for the construction and not recoverable, have been associated with a replanting program.
To keep water and preserving groundwater a deep drilling process and rainwater recovery have been done.
Number of bathtub have been voluntary reduced.
Volume of swimming pool has been compensate by wide beach in order to save water without saving pleasure.
Lastly, a filter system for drinkable water, allows to reduce considerably the volume of plastic bottles.
